Ingredients

  • 1/2 package Oreos or similar sandwich cookies about 7-8 ounces
  • 12 dairy free ice cream sandwiches
  • 2 cups Dairy Free Whipped Topping

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Chop cookies in food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add cookie powder to a large mixing bowl containing 2 cups whipped topping.
  3. Fold cookies into whipped topping; this will be the frosting.
  4. Lay 4 ice cream sandwiches on a non-stick baking mat and cover with frosting.
  5. Repeat with 2 more layers of sandwiches.
  6. Use remaining frosting to cover the entire cake.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours & enjoy!
