The Easiest Peach Dumplings Recipe (Made with Crescent Rolls!)

These peach dumplings are summertime perfection! Made with crescent rolls for ease and rolled up into sweet, cinnamon and peach pillowy treats. Gooey on the bottom like a peach cobbler, caramelized butter, and best served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches each peach cut into 8 wedges (pit removed)
  • 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup butter unsalted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut each peach into 8 equal wedges.
  3. Open crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Roll 2 peach wedges in a triangle starting at the biggest end.
  4. Pinch to seal and place into a prepared baking dish.
  5. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour over peach dumplings; bake in oven until golden brown, 35-40 minutes.
  7. Let the peach dumplings cool, about 5 minutes. Serve with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • If you don't have fresh peaches, buy jarred or canned peach slices.
  • You can choose to leave the peels on or off. If left on, they break down easily.
