The Grinch Fruit Snack

This Grinch Fruit Snack is a fun Christmas snack for the kids and a great way to get them to eat lots of fruit for a afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • Nutella
  • mini marshmallows
  • Fruit Roll-Up yellow
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Start out by placing the green apple on a plate.
  2. Cut the ends off of your strawberries and stack a hand full on top in the shape of Santa's hat using a few toothpicks to secure.
  3. Cut a few mini marshmallows in half and attach them around the bottom of the strawberries using the Nutella.
  4. Cut out the eyes from a yellow fruit roll up. The pupils can be made from pieces of strawberry or a red fruit roll up.
  5. Put a little Nutella in a small baggie and snip off the corner to decorate the face.
