Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Romano cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons basil crushed dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Hot pepper sauce

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise and oil. 
  2. Add the cheese, buttermilk, basil, garlic, salt,and hot pepper sauce to your liking. Mix well. 
  3. Cover and allow flavors to blend and mature overnight in your refrigerator.
