The Perfect Bellini Recipe
A fruity and fantastic Peach Bellini. Combining Prosecco, Peach purée, and some peach schnapps to kick it up a notch makes for the perfect bellini recipe.
Ingredients
Peach Puree
- 1 cup peaches frozen
- 1/2 cup water
Peach Bellini
- 1/2 cup peach puree
- 2 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 8 ounces prosecco
Instructions
Peach Puree
- Combine 1 cup of frozen peaches and 1/2 cup of water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Peach Bellini
- Add 1 ounce of peach schnapps and 1/4 cup of peach puree to each glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Serve.
