Ingredients
- 1/2 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup ranch or marinara sauce
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend
- 8 oz pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp corn meal
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Grease the baking sheet with olive oil. Sprinkle it with cornmeal and set the pan aside. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the dough in half and roll each one into your preferred pizza shape.
- Spread the ranch dressing or marinara sauce (whichever you prefer) over the dough. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
- Distribute the pepperoni evenly over the top of the pizza and toss a little more cheese on top. Sprinkle the crust with sesame seeds.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12 minutes or until it's golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
