Get ready to meet your new favourite bourbon-based cocktail. The Scofflaw was named after those who scoffed the law by drinking during the Prohibition.

Ingredients
- 30 ml bourbon quantity: 1 oz
- 30 ml dry vermouth used Noilly Pratt, quantity: 1 oz
- 15 ml lemon juice quantity: 0.5 oz
- 1-2 tsp grenadine
- orange bitters used Angostura bitters, dash
- lemon peel optional, twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer. Alternatively use a rocks glass (as pictured).
- Add everything to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds.
- Strain into your chilled cocktail glass or serve in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
