Ingredients
- ½ cup plain unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- ½ cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean ice cream (see notes)
- ½ cup Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons collagen, optional
- 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend or equivalent sweetener
- 1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
- 1 drop peppermint essential oil or ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract (more or less to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
- ⅛ teaspoon glucomannan, optional
- green food coloring, optional
- 2 tablespoons Low Fat Reddi Whip, optional (see notes)
Instructions
- Pour the milk and water into the jar of a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the food coloring, whipped cream, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- While blending, add the food coloring one drop at a time until the desired green color is achieved.
- Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.

Notes
- Feel free to use homemade vanilla ice cream and/or homemade whipped cream. Keep in mind that this may turn the fuel type into an S for THM.
