The Ultimate Low Carb Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • ½ cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean ice cream (see notes)
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons collagen, optional
  • 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend or equivalent sweetener
  • 1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil or ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract (more or less to taste)
  • ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon glucomannan, optional
  • green food coloring, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Low Fat Reddi Whip, optional (see notes)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour the milk and water into the jar of a blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the food coloring, whipped cream, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
  3. While blending, add the food coloring one drop at a time until the desired green color is achieved.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.

Notes

  • Feel free to use homemade vanilla ice cream and/or homemade whipped cream. Keep in mind that this may turn the fuel type into an S for THM.
