The Ultimate Sin Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 
  3. Then add in the flour. 
  4. Then add in the oats.
  5. Then add in all the chocolate and coconut. If you want, feel free to add in more dark or milk chocolate. Another 1/2 cup of dark would be lovely. Or white chocolate. Or perhaps you feel like more milk chocolate. Point being, more chocolate is better.
  6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and if wanted, flatten slightly. 
  7. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes. 
  8. And do try them warm and oh-so chocolatey gooey straight from the oven.
