Thin Mint Protein Shake

If you love Girl Scout cookies, you’re going to love this Thin Mint protein shake! It tastes like dessert but is packed with over 20 grams of protein. Perfect as a post-workout treat or a satisfying dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ banana in chunks, frozen
  • 1 coop chocolate protein powder or mint chocolate, I used Truvani mint chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes 100 grams
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips I used Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add chocolate chips & pulse for a few seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass. Top with more chocolate chips and/or a melted chocolate drizzle.

Notes

  • Make-ahead: Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips), then store the shake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake or stir before drinking.
