Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half and sliced into 2-inch strips
Butter Mixture
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ tablespoon Parsley, minced
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Topping
- 2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a medium bowl combine butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Stir until well combined. Set aside.

Cream Cheese Mixture
- Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-low until creamy.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, parsley. Continue to beat on low until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in parmesan cheese.
Assembly
- Place sliced bread on a lined baking sheet, cut side up.
- Top evenly with the butter mixture.
- Next, top with cream cheese mixture.
- Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
