Ingredients

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half and sliced into 2-inch strips
Butter Mixture
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoon Parsley, minced
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Topping
  • 2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Garlic Butter

  1. In a medium bowl combine butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-low until creamy.
  2. Add the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, parsley. Continue to beat on low until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in parmesan cheese.
Assembly
  1. Place sliced bread on a lined baking sheet, cut side up.
  2. Top evenly with the butter mixture.
  3. Next, top with cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
