  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon parsley dried

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil pasta shells in a large pot of water according to package directions. While shells are boiling grab a large bowl and beat the 2 eggs. Add Ricotta, Parmesen and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Add parsley then stir until well combined.
  2. When shells are done boiling; drain. Start stuffing shells with about 2 Tablespoons cheese mixture per shell.
