Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar unseasoned
- 2 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ cup cilantro loosely chopped, leaves
- 2 celery thinly sliced on a diagonal, stalks
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced, large
- 2 green onions thinly sliced on a diagonal
- salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
Instructions
- Whisk together in a bowl the vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes, until well combined. Add the cilantro, celery, cucumbers, and green onions. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste; toss to combine. Place into the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy.
