Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • Whipped Cream , optional
  • maraschino cherries , optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix the cornflakes, peanut butter, and corn syrup together and press into a pie plate.
  2. Add the softened ice cream, top with chocolate syrup, and peanuts.
  3. Freeze until hardened.
