Tomato Avocado Salad
Tomato Avocado Salad is a fresh combination of ripe avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro dressed with lime juice, olive oil, and garlic. The creamy texture of avocado contrasts with juicy, halved cherry tomatoes, while the lime adds brightness and a light tang. Thinly sliced red onions contribute a mild sharpness. This no-cook salad is quick to prepare and serves as a refreshing side or light meal, ideal for warm weather or pairing with grilled dishes.
