Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomato halved
- 1 English cucumber peeled and sliced
- 2 avocado peeled and diced

- 1 Tablespoon parsley finely chopped
- 1-2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste, freshly ground
- black pepper to taste, freshly ground
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
