  • 2 boneless pork chops at least 1.25 cm - ½ inch thickness
  • salt & pepper
  • flour
  • 1 egg + 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • panko
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
  • Tonkatsu Sauce to serve
