Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small white onion finely chopped
- 1 cup of peas fresh or frozen
- 8 ounces of mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound of tortellini cheese or meat-filled
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the onions with the butter until golden brown and tender.
- Add the peas to the skillet, cook until tender, then add the mushrooms.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the tortellini.
- Pour the cream into the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
