A delicious mixture of cheese tortellini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepper and pearl mozzarella tossed in Italian dressing. This Tortellini Pasta Salad is the perfect cold pasta salad!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cheese tortellini dry
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 ounces salami diced
- ⅓ cup red onion diced
- ½ red pepper diced
- ½ green pepper diced
- 8 ounces pearl mozzarella
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Cool completely by running under cold water.
- Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes
- For best results, transfer leftover pasta salad to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. You can also cover the bowl of salad tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator that way!
