Tortilla Pizza
A new way of making thin-crust pizza that's lower in calories and easy to put together. Oh, and it tastes as good as any other homemade pizza!
Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla 8-inch
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- olive diced bell peppers, pepperoni slices, optional topping, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add any optional toppings as desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are crisp.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges to serve.
