Tortilla Pizza

A new way of making thin-crust pizza that's lower in calories and easy to put together. Oh, and it tastes as good as any other homemade pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla 8-inch
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • olive diced bell peppers, pepperoni slices, optional topping, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add any optional toppings as desired.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges to serve.
