Ingredients
- 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Lay the tortillas on the baking sheet.
- Top each tortilla with 1 1/2 tablespoons of pizza sauce, spreading almost to the edges.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella on each tortilla, then divide the pepperoni evenly.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and oregano over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Notes
- You can make this in an air fryer, but the tortilla doesn’t get quite as crispy. You’ll want to cook them one at a time at 400ºF for about 4 minutes. The pepperoni does tend to fly around in the air fryer, so you will want to make sure you press everything down, or put some cheese on top of the pepperoni to try to anchor it.
