Ingredients

Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic crushed
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salad
  • 1/2 pound lettuce finely chopped, leaf
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 pound cucumber coarsely chopped (1/2 inch
  • 2 pounds tomato coarsely chopped (1/2 inch
  • 2 tablespoons Greek olives
  • 4 ounces feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all the salad dressing ingredients and mix well.
  2. Combine the lettuce, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and salad dressing. Toss to combine.
  3. Garnish with feta and olives.
