  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • For the toppings optional
  • mixed fresh berries
  • granola
  • hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients for the bowl in your blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth - this should be very thick.
  3. Add more liquid if it is too thick and not blending properly.
