Tropical fruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups papaya peeled and seeds removed, from about 1 small papaya or ½ large papaya, diced
  • 2 cups pineapple about ½ pineapple, diced
  • 2 banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 Mango peeled and cut into chunks, ripe
  • 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ice
  • sugar optional; or honey; if needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Add ice if desired.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
