Tropical fruit smoothie
This Tropical Fruit Smoothie blends papaya, pineapple, banana, mango, and orange juice into a creamy, refreshing drink. The combination of ripe tropical fruits provides a bright, sweet flavor with natural sweetness and smooth texture. Ice can be added for a chilled effect, and optional sweeteners like sugar or honey may be included based on taste preferences.
Ingredients
- 2 cups papaya peeled and seeds removed, from about 1 small papaya or ½ large papaya, diced
- 2 cups pineapple about ½ pineapple, diced
- 2 banana peeled and sliced
- 2 Mango peeled and cut into chunks, ripe
- 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
- ice
- sugar optional; or honey; if needed
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Add ice if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
