Notes

  •
  • You can find tons of smoothie supplements, boosts and gear in the smoothie category in my Amazon storefront. Here are some of my favorite vanilla protein powders specifically:
  • Use Frozen Fruits: Using frozen mango and pineapple helps create a thick, frosty texture without needing ice. You can also use frozen banana. Adjust Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a little honey or a couple of dates. Customize Your Greens: Feel free to adjust the amount of spinach and kale according to your taste preference. If you're new to green smoothies, maybe start with less and gradually increase the amount. Turn it Into Dessert: Sometimes I make my smoothie extra thick by using less milk and taking the tamper on my blender to push everything down as I blend. You can eat it with a spoon this way making it almost like dessert!
