Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ⅔ of a banana, about ½ cup sliced
  • ½ cup coconut meat, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 cup frozen mango, ⅔ of a banana, ½ cup coconut meat, ½ cup coconut milk, and 6 ounces pineapple juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
