Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
To garnish:
- 1 tsp hemp seed
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Fruit I like strawberries and banana, fresh, of your choice
Instructions
- Blend coconut water, frozen mango and pineapple chunks and rolled oats until smooth. Add maple syrup if you like it a bit sweeter. Pour into a bowl and garnish with hemp and sunflower seeds for protein, flax meal for extra fibre, and cacao nibs for iron, fibre, and crunch! Fresh fruit adds more sweetness and texture. Enjoy immediately =)
