Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup PLAIN yogurt
  • 50 g frozen fruit chopped, mixed colors, or packet
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or more according to taste

Instructions

  1. Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. You can add more yogurt if your blender struggles, but don't overdo it; we want it spoonable, not like a milkshake.
  2. Once it's ready, let the kids pick fancy plates and choose their toppings. They love decorating it themselves.
