Ingredients

  • 1 cup Watercress 30 g
  • 1 cup orange juice 236 mL
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple 110 g
  • ½ cup chopped mango 110 g
  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 mL

Instructions

  1. Blend watercress and juice until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and serve.

Notes

  • Storage: If you have leftover smoothie, store it in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. Reblend it with ice.
