Truffle Butter

Black truffle butter is a decadent compound butter that's delicious on steak, bread or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces butter
  • 3 Tablespoons truffles minced
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whip butter in a mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Finely chop black truffles.
  3. Blend truffles and butter. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  4. Form butter into a log and wrap in parchment paper, or press into ramekins. Season with sea salt if using unsalted butter.
  5. Store well wrapped in refrigerator for up to a week.
