Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tuna packed in water and drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packages crescent rolls

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except for the crescent sheets. Spray non-stick spray in a line in a 13x9 baking pan and place the first sheet of crescent roll on top.
  3. Spread tuna mixture on to the first sheet of crescent roll then top with a second crescent sheet. Press the sheets together so it will look like one continuous sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 25 minutes). I usually top this casserole with some cheese.
