Turkey Cauliflower Meatloaf
The Turkey Cauliflower Meatloaf blends lean ground turkey with mashed cauliflower, diced mushrooms and onions, and eggs to bind the mixture. Seasoned with basil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, it is shaped into a loaf and baked. A sweet and tangy glaze of ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar is applied midway through baking for a flavorful crust. The cauliflower adds moisture, keeping the meatloaf tender and juicy.
