Turkey, Havarti, and Avocado Seeded Bagel Thin Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 seeded bagel thin
  • roasted turkey
  • 1 lice of Havarti
  • avocado slices
  • Tomato slices
  • baby spinach
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spread one slice of avocado on the bottom of the bagel. Side Note: Toast the bagel if desired.
  2. Next add the turkey, spinach, cheese, tomato slices, the remaining avocado slices, and red onion slices.
  3. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste then add the top of the bagel. Enjoy.
