Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under ¼ cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.
- Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as pasta and marinara sauce.
