Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Use cooking spray to spray a large cookie sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Then add the milk and egg. Mix until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 15 balls. (They'll be just under ¼ cup each.) Place them on the greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. A meat thermometer would read 165°F.
  5. Serve with your favorite meatball dinner, such as pasta and marinara sauce.
