Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked turkey diced
- 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the turkey in a large bowl.
- Add the celery, red onion and parsley to the bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat, then serve.
