This turkey salad is a blend of diced turkey and colorful veggies, all tossed in a savory creamy dressing. A super easy and delicious way to use up leftover turkey with plenty of options to customize the flavors!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked turkey diced
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the turkey in a large bowl.
  2. Add the celery, red onion and parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture. Toss gently to coat, then serve.
