Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or chopped fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 rib celery finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
