Turkey Taco Balls
A wonderful addition to add to your healthy eating. Perfect for rice bowls, soups, quick snack and even as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey fat-free
- 1 onion Chopped, medium
- ½ cup sweet corn
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning use this easy homemade taco seasoning
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Place chopped onion in the microwave safe bowl and cook for 3 minutes to soften slightly
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into 12-14 balls and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
