Turkey Taco Balls

A wonderful addition to add to your healthy eating. Perfect for rice bowls, soups, quick snack and even as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fat free ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion Chopped
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning use this easy homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 egg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Place chopped onion in the microwave safe bowl and cook for 3 minutes to soften slightly
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Roll into 12-14 balls and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. ENJOY!!
