  1. Heat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with tin foil.
  2. Twist each slice of bacon individually, by holding the top and bottom of each slice and twisting them in the opposite direction for each other until it’s fully twisted.
  3. Place them side by side onto the sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes. Flipping the bacon sticks at the halfway mark.
  4. If the exterior of the bacon is not as crispy as you prefer, broil for 1 to 2 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.When done, transfer the bacon to a plate, serving platter, or another sheet pan lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil before serving.
