- 1 pack Bacon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with tin foil.
- Twist each slice of bacon individually, by holding the top and bottom of each slice and twisting them in the opposite direction for each other until it’s fully twisted.
- Place them side by side onto the sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes. Flipping the bacon sticks at the halfway mark.
- If the exterior of the bacon is not as crispy as you prefer, broil for 1 to 2 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.When done, transfer the bacon to a plate, serving platter, or another sheet pan lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil before serving.
