Two Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies will be the easiest and fastest cookies you'll ever make. You only need 2 ingredients and no mixer. They're ready to eat in less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 whole bananas
Optional
  • mix-ins (blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, protein powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the oats to the mashed bananas and mix to combine. If using in mix-ins, add them here.
  4. Scoop the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly with a fork.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
