Ingredients
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 whole bananas
Optional
- mix-ins (blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, protein powder)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the oats to the mashed bananas and mix to combine. If using in mix-ins, add them here.
- Scoop the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
