Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cucumber (finely grated )
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill (Fresh chopped if available)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (fresh minced or pressed)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon mint Chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate your cucumber and place it on paper towel and gently squeeze out the liquid. Place it in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Stir to blend ingredients.
  3. Chill in the fridge at least an hour for the flavors to fully infuse.
