Tzatziki: Greek Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Tzatziki is a creamy Greek dip made from thick Greek yogurt strained to remove excess moisture, combined with grated, deseeded cucumbers, fresh dill and mint, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, salt, olive oil, and black pepper. It offers a cool, refreshing texture with herby and tangy flavors, ideal as an accompaniment to grilled dishes or as a dip.
