Ingredients

Garden Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or sunflower
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Garden Salad
  • 1 lb mixed greens
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill or other herbs

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together by whisking with a fork. Set aside.
  2. Prepare all the veggies for the salad.
  3. Place the leafy greens in the bottom of a bowl, then top them off with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Drizzle the dressing on top right before serving and toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
