We're loading our butter up with both herbs and fresh garlic for the ultimate garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. This garlic butter can be used to season vegetables, add a spoonful on top of a steak after cooking, or spread onto bread to make homemade garlic bread.
