Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- This garlic butter can be used to season vegetables, add a spoonful on top of a steak after cooking, or spread onto bread to make homemade garlic bread.
