Ingredients
- 2 cups ham small diced
- 2 celery diced small, ribs
- ¼ cup dill pickles small diced
- ¼ cup onion small diced, red variety
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt to taste, Kosher salt and freshly ground
- black pepper to taste, Kosher salt and freshly ground
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ham, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir all of the ingredients until well combined, and adjust any of the seasonings if necessary.
