Ingredients
- 2 cups small diced ham
- 2 celery ribs diced small
- ¼ cup small diced dill pickles
- ¼ cup small diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ham, celery, pickles, red onion, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
