Ingredients
- ½ C unsalted butter softened
- ½ C creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 C light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 C flour
- 1 C Valentines M&M’s
- ¾ C Valentines sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Using a large bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg until combined and smooth.
- Gradually beat in the flour until combined and a soft dough forms.
- Fold in ¾ C of the M&M’s and ½ C of the sprinkles.
- Press the dough into the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s and sprinkles onto the top of the batter.
- Place into the oven and bake for 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling completely before cutting into bars.
