These Valentine's Day Oatmeal Bites are the perfect combination of sweetness and healthy with a fun Valentine's Day twist. Naturally sweetened with honey, these oatmeal bites are perfect for an easy on the go breakfast or as a special afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ Cup peanut butter
  • ¼ Cup honey
  • ¼ Cup coconut shredded
  • ¼ Cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ Cup M&M’s candy Valentine’s Day
  • wilton’s heart sprinkles optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients, except sprinkles in a medium size bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take out.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, press mixture in tight and press out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  4. Optional: Place heart sprinkles on each bite.
  5. Store in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Take out and enjoy!!
