Valentine'S Day Oatmeal Bites
These Valentine's Day Oatmeal Bites are the perfect combination of sweetness and healthy with a fun Valentine's Day twist. Naturally sweetened with honey, these oatmeal bites are perfect for an easy on the go breakfast or as a special afternoon treat.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ Cup peanut butter
- ¼ Cup honey
- ¼ Cup coconut shredded
- ¼ Cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ Cup M&M’s candy Valentine’s Day
- wilton’s heart sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except sprinkles in a medium size bowl and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take out.
- Using a cookie scoop, press mixture in tight and press out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Optional: Place heart sprinkles on each bite.
- Store in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Take out and enjoy!!
