This Valentine's Day Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie is just the thing to make for your Valentine! A moist, flavorful cookie loaded with m & m's and chocolate chips!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate, any work)
- 1/2 cup M & M's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place butter into skillet and place skillet into oven.
- Once butter has melted, remove pan from oven and pour butter into medium sized mixing bowl.
- Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir to incorporate.
- Fold in the eggs.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place cookie dough into skillet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle M & M's on top (as well as additional chocolate chips if desired)
- Place skillet into oven and allow to bake 25-30 minutes. *If using 12 inch, cooking time may be less
- Remove from oven once toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
- Serve!!
