Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, almond butter and chia seeds (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the shake and add more almond milk or ice if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.
